Martha Heath Beach is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Founder/President of Law Nurse, LLC. She holds a degree as Doctorate of Nursing Practice.

After working as an executive for Berkshire Hathaway’s GenRe, she founded her medical-legal company in 2003 with the intention to create a paradigm shift in providing a superior view and strategy regarding safe care to the healthcare profession.

Law Nurse and Ms. Beach are the premier industry leader in medical nursing standard of care and life care planning.

Law Nurse LLC provides services in the areas of plaintiff/defense medical reviews, mass tort case screenings, detailed preparation for deposition and trial preparation, Life Care Planning, Cost Projections, locating nursing experts, education related to specific subject matters, trial preparation, locating expert nurses for testimony, nursing interviews, forensic nurse reviews and electronic medical record [EMR] in-person reviews.

Ms. Beach has been completing Life Care Plans since 1995 and providing expert nursing testimony since 2010.
