Institute for Teaching Diversity and Social Justice

The focus of services offered by the Institute is to shine a light on issues of equity and diversity on social and organizational levels. Our focus in these conversations is to help people explore their advantaged and disadvantaged identities, because it is only through tacking stock of both that we can begin to understand how we see the world and how we treat others. These issues cannot be treated delicately, but they must be treated with empathy, and our unique approach and experiences enable us to accomplish that.

Every organization can benefit from hiring an outside consultant to work with them on exploring team dynamics and how identity impacts the organization.
