Latino and Latina partners in large U.S. law firms lack a community that authentically speaks to and addresses the unique professional growth and development challenges they face.

CHISPA is dedicated to fueling and empowering Latino and Latina partners in big law to connect with one another, amplify their voices, and enhance their ability to grow thriving legal practices. It is designed as a developmental networking ecosystem – an uplifting community providing access to Latino and Latina-centric professional and peer coaching facilitated by Angel Gomez, a 30-year, Life-Time Member and Past President of the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Membership Requirements:

• Partner or Of Counsel at any level at any AmLaw 300 firm
• Commitment to the purpose and mission of CHISPA and its members

Annual membership includes:

• Six virtual/live group Coaching Masterminds, where members get live coaching and support from Angel Gomez, leadership expert and executive coach, and other CHISPA members;
• Bi-annual leadership development workshops led by Angel Gomez and other experts on core leadership competencies taught through the relevant cultural scripts;
• An active online community on LinkedIn personally facilitated by coaches for support and just in time coaching from CHISPA members;
• An annual gathering of the collective group to further fuel the community and member capabilities.
• Access to Angel Gomez for unlimited, 1-on-1 ad hoc private Executive Coaching sessions annually.

Annual Membership Dues: $10,000. Volume discounts available to firms who sponsor more three partners.
